Barry Watters served for 31 years with Metropolitan Police at New Scotland Yard, investigating serious and Organised Crime and is amongst the leaders in Policing on covert policing matters. His training expertise has been utilised both nationally and internationally. Following his police career he founded AIM and is now in the midst of a distinguished second career in Security Consultancy. Barry is a member of Institute of Directors and undertakes senior roles in primary industry associations.

Simon Crawshaw, QPM, concluded a distinguished career with the Metropolitan Police as Deputy Assistant Commissioner and National Criminal Intelligence Service as Deputy Director General. He then commenced a second career in commerce and achieved a high reputation as Group Head of Security for NATWEST Bank before joining the Board of AIM.

Shabnam Shan Shabnam joined AIM eight years ago. Since joining AIM she has trained as an investigator and has developed an expertise in Intellectual Property enquires. She also heads up AIM's Pre Employment screening Department and has responsibility for market development in this area.

David Lowe joined AIM in 2002 after a career with both Kent and Greater Manchester Police, where he was a Fraud Investigation specialist. As a highly experienced Certified Fraud Examiner, David leads on investigation for our Corporate Clients. He has considerable expertise in the business of criminal money laundering and asset tracking. In addition David has wide experience in managing the person and property protection aspect of our business.

Roy Penrose, QPM, OBE, concluded a most distinguished career with Policing in 2000, after serving for his final 3 years as Director General of National crime Squad. Roy is internationally renowned as a leading member of G.8 (Lyon Group) and European Chiefs of Police task force and as an expert on the response to serious and organised crime. Since retirement Roy delivers consultancy on international crime and security matters and is a member of the UK Gaming Board.
